Sentivity can b because of caries or gunguna recession or attrition ..So plz get check up so proper diagnosis and proper treatment can b done

Its a pulpal pain , u can take a painkiller for temporary releif. But  need to visit nearby dentist , get an x ray done  and get  the filling or rct whichever is required after clinical  and radiological  evaluation.
