Iam obesity iam eating too much how to control I don't understand is it  any psycogical disorder pls suggest me how to reduce my food and food habits

Food addiction. You may have this condition. Let's help you out. Read food addiction. If you get symptoms in you then , consultant psychiatrist for rest MGT. Start replacing oily and sugar food with low calorie diet. If you have heavy weight gain like BMI of 30 or more you may consider to start Metformin 500 once daily with exercise
