Took regesterone tab but no periods

It's been 10 days that i stopped the regesterone but I didn't get the periods I'm having cramps since 4 days though

Repeat Urine Pregnancy Test. If negative , wait for 4-5 days and still if no periods then get a Pelvic Scan done

Check for pregnancy once. If negative then combined pills needs to be taken. If possible get an ultrasound done.
