Too much abdominal pain and vomiting

I'm suffering from too much abdominal pain,loose motion, weakness and vomiting 7-8 Times in last night. If I'm eating anything,I vomit it out, and loss of appetite and tiredness, not able to woke up, please suggest some medicine so I will buy from medical store.
