I found out tonsil stones around both sides of tonsil. What should i do to remove and prevent to not form again. Is there anything in food which i should avoid so that these tonsil stones don’t form again in mouth.

It will be better if you consult an ENT specialist for this problem. But based on the simple facts of Pathology, you cannot avoid the formation of the stones completely because it is an internal metabolic derangement which causes it, something like kidney stones. Removal is possible by simple procedures which an ENT  specialist can perform. Regards.
