Tonsil is swollen

Some times In 3 4 months when i eat spicy food my left side tonsil get swollen and after few days it goes away.. this happens in 3 4 months.. and by 2 times its happening to me.. what is this condition how to treat it

Unilateral ( single side ) tonsillar enlargement due to food intake is rare. Most commonly you would be having submandibular gland enlargement.

Please get an ultrasound of submandibular region.
