I have sinusitis and currently having swollen tonsils and sore throat. Tried warm liquids and salt water gargle but didn't work. Also, having small blister type things in my mouth and on tongue. No temperature or any other symptoms. What should I do? How to differentiate between sinus and COVID 19?
