Tongue sticks to upper palate
I have this problem where my tongue sticks up to upper palate whole day , I feel too much irritated and tortured , i have this problem from almost 4 years ,.Whenever I am visiting any dentist , they would say its not a problem you can try to avoid it . If it is possible for me to avoid it , I would have avoided it already why I am keep on visiting doctors from last 4 years .please let me know if any dentist who can try to diagnose my problem , can spend some time and relate to my problem even if he or she is not able to provide any solution its fine , I am trying every possible way to come out from situation. My life is so miserable , please help me out . I am running out of my patience now, not able to understand where to go.

Hi. I totally understand what you are going through. It looks like you are probably experiencing this because of a dry mouth condition also know as dry mouth syndrome.. Where tongue sticking to the palate is one of the symptom. This also happens if your mouth tends to be open and you are mouth breathing through out the night.
The problem needs to be thoroughly discussed so that we can find out the root cause and treat it accordingly. The problem should surely resolve.
