Hi mam...   The above mentioned condition may be ulcer.. Causes of ulcer: ** stress and anxiety ** vitamin B 12 deficiency ** Iron  deficiency anemia ** viral infections ** Genetic cause ** Gastric disturbance (GERD) **stomach ulcers

These ulcers can be because of the acidity as well. Apply dologel daily for one weeek and then c the result. If still there is no improvement then visit the dentist
