What is the white line on tongue?! Along with it I do have some pain in my neck i.e some sore throat.What should I do to cure it

Do you see any swelling over the area you have concern. Is touching it painful. From the picture it looks normal. Sore throat is usually viral. So don’t suggest antibiotics now. Do beta dine gargles and take paracetamol for pain relief
