There is little bit very small size whitish in tongue that not getting removed from long time no issue etc is there any remedies

There can be various causes for the same. Do you have a tobacco habit? Or sharp teeth? Please attach a picture. And please visit your nearest dentist or hospital  who specialises in oral medicine
