Hello baby is 19months old he is getting constant tongue infection like ulcer white round layer ulcer form tongue he is unable to eat food he refuse it again and again what might be the reason

It could be a normal apthous ulcer or a vitamin deficiency. It would be great if you could share some pictures for a better diagnosis.
