Toe walking and crying

My baby is 15 month old. He started walking normally when he was 13 month old. From last month he started to walk in toes. Is it normal? Remaining everything is normal. But he was talking more than 10 words but now it got reduced sometimes he won't remember those words as well. Is that normal? He cries a lot and gets easily irritated. While trying to sleep he cries a lot and couldn't sleep. Is that normal? Please help

Hello It's  definitely  not normal. If a child learn some skill and than forget those is a concern thing to look into. And also a toe walking is also a musculoskeletal abnormalities.
