I have got these black Marks on my toe fingers under the nails.How can I remove them without any surgeries? What are the reasons for this? Please answer both the questions

Hello. What you are telling is the pigmentation on nailfold i suppose. It can be constitutional or due to nutritional deficiencies. There is no need of any surgery, you will need proper assessment and management accordingly.
