Hello there. I can understand your concern. .you have to take a high protein diet along with lots of fruits and vegetables. Do cardio workout everyday for about 1 hour . Hi. You need to have a regularity in your daily routine. Include a 30 mins yoga session a day. Have good and easily digestable foos. Start your big meal with a piece of ginger. Include 2tsp melted ghee in ur diet. Use aswagandha lehya 1tsp on empty stomach 1hr before food in the morning followed by lukewarm milk.
