So I want to delay the period, before how many days of the period should I start meprate . Please note I get my period atleast three days before every month , And for how many days can I take the tablet without any problem?5/7/9 days ?

The medicine has to be taken 3 days before the expected date of periods You cannot take it for more than 14 days total
