Hi my child was having fever..now report shows TLC as 3.4 and showing as lecuopenia and mild neutropenia...I am srsly worried ...he recover last week only...pls help and advise Age is 4 years 4 months

It is due to drugs. Anyway all drugs are over  Give lots of greens , fruits nuts{ground } .some times they aspirate into lungs. Normally I allow nuts after the age of 5years. Recheck TLC, DLC after 2 weeks.

Hello , your child has low wbc count . Which is seen in viral fevers.give pcm syp for fever based on weight of the child.give plenty of oral fluids.
