I have thyroid for which i am taking 100mg thyroxine.My weight is 52kg  and height 157cm.I feel low in energy and feel tired quickly.How can i boost my energy levels.I have extreme hairfall issue with dandruff. I also feel numbness on feet.I feel stingy ,pricking feet in early mornings and late night.I easily lose weight if any mental pressure. Pls advise the cause and medications.
