Sir since 10 days i was not feeling well i my doctor friend recommend for blood test after reports came it was found that my tsh level is 394 which more higher from normal range of 150 then my anti tpo was also abnormal. In these days i am feeling tiredness,laziness,even sometime i sweat in ac puton some 7-8kg weight too.My age is 33yr n 5ft 6inc

Normal range of TSH isn't 150. Kindly share the report to be sure that your TSH is very high. If so you would need to be started on Thyroxin in full dose.
