Hello dear -Start folic acid supplements 5mg once a day -Do your preconception blood investigations so that it can get timely corrected. If your period cycles are regular fertility window will be from day 8-day 18 of your cycle . Don’t take so much stress….be positive for your pregnancy Do Connect if you need any further advice
