Since 2 years, I am seeing tiny tiny dots like burn wound in my forehead, left hand and near ear area. In summer time it appeared more in number and also large in size. I observed that when the weather is cool then this dots appear to be very tiny and also less in number. I attached pictures of those dots of my forehead and hand below. Kindly see and tell me what it can be. And also if possible suggest me some ointments for that which I can apply to get rid from it.
