Tiny cut on pennis back skin

Today after masturbating I observed a very tiny cut on the skin on my pennis at the back side , and I started bleeding . It stopped after sometime. Can anyone please help me understand do I have to further check with the doctor and I don't have any pain in the cutted area as well

You should apply any Ointment like betadine on that area for 3 day . If after 3 day there is no wound then no need to take any consultation.
