Tingling sensation in palm area.

2026-07-17 14:14:31
I got my sugar tested multiple time including HBA1c everything is good there is some nervous issue I think as I have tingling sensation in my palm area when I go to sleep and especially when I wake up in morning since last 7 years. I am little deficient on B12 and D3. My die is very casual and I always eat out. I am on intermittent fasting since last several years. Further I have developed this new problem wherein I am not able to squat for Indian style toilet since last 5-6 months as I have started using western closet now and my cholestrol also seems to be high as I am not eating anything but still getting fat, I never had belly fat ever. Height 181 cm and weight around 85.

B12 and d3 supplements required, that's why you feel these symptoms and also lifestyle modifications and dietary changes required.

Tingling sensation can be due b12 deficiency.  Take  inj. Cyanocobalamin 100mcg once daily for 7 days, then take tab neurobion one morning and one evening for 6 to 8 weeks. If you keep seated for long time continuously,  if you have fatty, sugary diet,  you tend to have belly fat. Sodas and beer also cause belly fat. Avoid fatty, sugary food and drinks. Drink more water. Do regular physical exercise and try to do some brisk walking or some physical work in between sitting time.
