I have tingling sensation in legs and hands.when i sit down and fold my legs or while sleeping my hands goes beyond my head. I have these sensations .it almost 5 years this is happening. I wanted to know is this a common problem and to which doctor i should go bone, neuro, Or general physician or any one else. I want to get rid of these.
