I have tingling in my both hands and feet , i was diagnosed with jaundice 2 weeks ago and it has been  cured , after that it tingling and needles sensation starts what is the reason of it

It's vitamin B12 deficiency mostly... Causes hemolytic jaundice... Need to test  vitamin D and B12 levels.
