I Doctor, I’ve been feeling weak, I have dry white lips, pigmentation around my mouth, PMS symptoms, and sometimes ulcers or tingling nerve-like symptoms like dizziness or tingling. My digestion is weak, and I’m not absorbing nutrients well. I suspect Vitamin B12 deficiency. Can you please advise

Share photo of the pigmentation and detailed history. Get Haemoglobin,  serum vit. B12, calcium and D3 , blood sugar and thyroid function tests done. Share results with me online. Meanwhile start tab neurobion forte one daily for 4 to 6 weeks.
