Tingling in legs

While walking and standing he gets tingling in legs and can't able to walk. In march 2022 vitamin b12 test done, medication of same is going on as per our general physician And not recovering. Which specialist do we need to meet or consult.

It could be because of nerve compression in back as well. I need detailed history U need orthopedic opinion which I can help you with.
Next Steps
please get LS SPINE AP LATERAL VIEWS (flexion and extension) as well. if symptoms are worse that u can. not walk at all MRI should be thought straight away
