High uric acid could cause these symptoms. You will need to take medicines to lower down on uric acid levels. Also take low protein diet

Patellofemoral pain and pressure on the surrounding nerve endings. Avoid sitting cross legged or with knees bent beyond 60-70 degree.

Hi sir, uric acid and RA factor have nothing to do with tingling and pain from knee to foot. Tingling or paraesthesia can be due to peripheral neuropathy (diabetes?), Or due to nerve compression at the level of vertebrae, or due to vitamin deficiencies. You can consult me for further information
Next Steps
Get a fasting blood glucose level, Get a spine X-ray if available
Health Tips
Avoid bending forward and lifting weights, proper posture during day to day activities.
