Tinea problem or something else.

I am attaching pics of my problem. I have had these rashes for 45 days. The doctor has given me iterconazole 200 mg and soap with eberconazole cream and bilashine 40 mg tab. I am also using anti fungal zocon powder as he suggested. It's been 19 days since I started using this medication I don't see any improvement. He said it's tinea corporis in receipt. I am worried it is ringworm or psoriasis or eczema. It occurred due to pre diabetic or any hiv early symptoms after exposure. How much time will it take to cure ?

Hi! Skin lesions like this after 19 days of antifungal are common and need a longer course or adjusted treatment.

Looking at your pictures and the fact that 19 days of oral antifungal tablets, antifungal cream, and powder have not helped at all — this is most likely NOT a fungal infection. The white silvery scaly patches in your groin area look like inverse psoriasis, a skin condition caused by the immune system, not an infection. Antifungal medicines will not work for this.
Next Steps
Stop antifungal treatment and see a dermatologist for a KOH skin scraping test and possibly a small skin biopsy to confirm. If it is psoriasis, you will need a different treatment like a mild steroid cream or calcipotriol. Feel free to consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
Health Tips
Do not continue antifungal medicines if there is no improvement — prolonged unnecessary use can cause liver strain.
