Tinea or psoriasis or anything else??

Hi I consulted with a dermatologist on 13/04/2020 regarding swelling and red patch with mild itching on my ankle and was diagnosed with tinea. Since it didint get better after two weeks of medication I consulted again  on 26/04/2020 with another doctor and was diagnosed with psoriasis. I've attached images of my ankle two weeks back as well as of today please help me out. First prescription 13/04/2020 1. Teczine tablet 0-0-1 for 1 week 2. Miconazole cream 1-0-1 for 2 weeks Second prescription 26/04/2020 1. Cirobirex x ointemt 1 table spoon morning and night after food for 2 weeks 2. Dazit tablet   0-0-1.  after food for 2 weeks 3. Methotrexate 5mg table Once a week for 4 weeks after food 4. Folica OD tablet. 1-0-0 Daily after food for 4 weeks Was I given the correct diagnosis please help me out.

Don't worry...you are suffering from eczematous dermatitis causing this.. Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription.

From the picture looks more like eczema if u don’t have it anywhere else on the body.woulf need more details on this.akso woukd like to stop MTX if lesions are not present anywhere else.consult me online for further treatment

Best way to diagnose it is a biopsy. If you don’t have lesion anywhere else on your body then I would stop MXT - it’s a immunosuppressant. In the COVID 19 crisis we should improve our immunity. If not required then I would try and manage with topical applications after proper consultation and history
