Tinea cruises near hip portion at back..

I had been suffering from tinea cruises since last one and a half year. Took medication but stopped due to pregnancy. It's all over just remaining in my back portion at hip area and downside . It's reddish in colour and creating pain and severe itch. Taking oral medicine can be harmful as I am running in my eight month of pregnancy. Please suggest
