Is there a diagnostic test available for scalp ring worm? I know that a culture test can be done. But can you tell me where to get that done, which department, how to get that done?

Tinea capitis is a clinically diagnosed condition. No need for confirmation. However if you want, a trichoscopy and culture can be done at a medical college in the dermatology dept which will send the sample to the microbiology dept. You can request the same at the dermatologists clinic too
