Time gap between two O2 doses

How much time needs to be given between two doses of o2 antibiotic? Is 8-9 hours enough or do I have to wait at least 12 hrs?

Ideally it should be 12 hours gap between 2 doses of antibiotics.But no harm in if the interval is 10 hours.
