Am 34 years old. Before 3 days while climbing down steps ,I slipped and fell down and sat on the steps. My tail bone is paining since 3 days. I thought it will go away, but still feel pain in tail bone.not able to sit. Any pain balm or home remedies?

The best thing you can do is use icing 15-20 minutes 3-4 times a day and take paracetamol until you show an expert. In your case would be an Orthopedic doctor

Donot sit on hard surface for 2 weeks . Takes some more time to settle down .pain killers only if pain is severe

Hi, pain over the coccyx is called as coccydynia. It might occur due to many reason.

If it’s paining more specially on sitting position … and it’s going in to legs or thighs it may be Tail bone injury (coccidodynia) To diagnose you may go for X-rays coccyx ap and lateral view
