  4. Tightness from afternoon. The reason?

Tightness from afternoon

From afternoon to now.. i feel my neck and shoulder  very tightness.. and some stiffness in stomach.. i can't sleep peacefully.. what the reason?? It won't let me to sleep and sit.. i feel nervous please advice

Seems like you are having reffered pain Get and USG done. Add ppi.. and Drotaverin . If symptoms  are not getting releived get a thorough investigation  done.
