Hello, from 2-3 days I have extreme tightness around my sternum area, sometimes there is a momentary pain too. I have a choking feeling on throat as well. What do the symptoms look like? Really worried if something serious. Also sometimes I feel like there is some numbness in the calf left leg. Can you please suggest what I should? If any home remedy
