Tight internal os
Hello dr my sister in law want to family but as previous hsg test show her both fallopian tube is close and after 3 month medication she done ssg test which show tight external os and fallopian tube block. Is that ivf is only way for baby or other method present and due to internal os tight ivf success rate affected by this please suggest

You should go for diagnostic hystero laparoscopy... To confirm the cause ,,, if some treatable cause...you can have natural pregnancy.... If not then you can go for IVF...... No IVF success rate is not affected by tight internal os

Your doctor has very clearly advised you
you can try laparoscopy where in the doctor can try to open up the blocked tube
if it is not successful then IVF would be the only option because for natural conception at least one tube should be open
