Hello Doctor, I have a tight foreskin and it's difficult to pull back when erect. I need help to loosen it up. I do not want to have a circumcision. It would be great if a doctor from Bangalore responds, as it's easier to connect. Can you help me with some creams or exercises to stretch the skin a little?
