Tight foreskin during erection

Hi Doctor, I am not able to pull my foreskin over the glans when my penis is erect. Whereas when the penis is not erect , i can easily pull the foreskin back. If i try to pull my foreskin back during erection then it hurts me. Please suggest what should i do to pull it completely back even during erection.
