I have found multiple ticks in my bed. I don't have any pets and not sure how they got there. Picture attached. What should I do. Do i need to take some medicine? I don't know if i have been bitten

Clean your bed sheet, mattress.  It looks like a bed bug rather ticks. Bed bug can be there in bed. Use bed bug killer spray
