Tickling and sore throat

For last 10days going through a sore throat and  a tickling sensation.   have No fever and cough. Took azithral500. Gurgled with betadine but still no complete recovery. After the gurgle get relief for while but after few hours again it's start.

Is it painful while swallowing? Any cough / fever ? Possible diagnosis: 1. Throat infection 2. Throat congestion due to seasonal allergy
