Tibia plateu schaztker type 2 fracture

I had injury in my tibia plateu on 6yh December and had surgery on 8th December i also have acl avulsion. Currently i do not have any pain in my knee and also swelling is going away. I am currently in braces and my knee is immobilized. I want to know when will it be safe to bend my knee to avoid knee stiffness. As after surgery of tibia plateu early mobilization is encouraged. I am looking for second opinion on this.

What is the ACL status?? Two options for rehabilitation: 1. If ACL avulsion is planned for fixation in 2nd surgery, then you may bend the knee to gain pre-operative knee range of motion. 2.If ACL avulsion is repaired, then better to delay knee bending for 3 weeks post surgery.
Next Steps
Quadriceps exercises(static) and ice pack application will help.
Health Tips
Dont bear weight over operated lower limb without consent of your treating surgeon.
