Tibia nailing surgery - 50 days post OP

Hlo, I've attached a xray taken today... 50 days post op.. all these days i did not weight bear... Now dr told recovery is good for 6 weeks and allowed Partial weight bear... Review after 6 weeks... And am happy with that... My doubt is xray looks same as 15 days post op xray... Any improvement seen ? I just wanna know... Pls help I don't see any white cloudy callus like everyone telling... Pls see and tell me 21/11/ 2025 today xray 17/10/2025 15 days post op xray

now you can bear full weight bearing walking as this will heal your fracture faster. I do see callus formation in the latest post op xray.

Hello.. i see based on your Xray you have under Tibia intramedullary nailing for fracture tibia.. the reduction is very good. Yes the fracture is heeling.. in 8weeks you won’t be able to tell exactly… but there is callus( soft bone formation) for a normal lay-person to understand the difference you need to see post 6months of surgery You can notice the small cracks in the end of the bone vanished in the later Xray you have taken. Proof for callus.. that is if you can make that out.

Follow proper physiotherapy as advised by your doctor.
