Does this fracture needs bone grafting? Accident has occurred 3 months back and he was under plastic surgery, now he has healed and has been referred to orthopedic.

Kindly share clinical pics also, age of the patient, the procedure, done by the plastic surgeon, current status of skin condition. Will definitely need external fixator removal and nailing + Bone grafting
