Tibia bone interlocking

One month ago my tibia bone interlocking operation done,but my leg swelling after one month not remove my leg swelling,I will do exercise daily ,but little swelling remove and nail insert hole near knee cut not healed,and other screw place hole healed.what can I do , kindly advice me. Thanks
