Taking Thyronorm 75 , Fasting TSH after 3 months is 4.31 ( lab cut off 4.2 ) and Free T4 is 1.4 Can I continue the same dose. Having tiredness and muscle pain.

Normal TSH values range from 0.25 - 5.5 miu. The reference ranges vary slightly depending on the method/ analyser used. So your values are very much normal. You can continue the same dose.
