Can taking the lowest dose of thyroxin (12.5 mcg) on empty stomach cause bitter metal taste on tongue and low grade fever? What are the steps to elevate these symptoms? I recently found my TSH was 12.7 indicating hypothyroidism. (T3&T4 normal)
