Hi, What is the ideal time(after BF or after Dinner) to take Thyrowel tablet(Multivitamin, Minerals,L-Tyrosine Softgel)?. It was prescribed to me after full health checkup by physian(vitamin-d and b12,thyroid). Doctor handwriting was merged with hospital details letterhead. PFA for your reference.
