Thyroid - TSH level 40

I just did a normal health checkup. My T3 and T4 levels are within range. However my TSH levels are 40.18. My anti tpo level is 1181. 3. What can be the reason for that

High TSH level and high anti TPO levels indicate that you have autoimmune thyroid disorder.Ideally you should consult with a endocrinologist in your area for clinical examination and further management.
