Hello doctor. I have Thyroid problem. My TSH is 227.  Doctor prescribed me 100 mcg thyroxine one tab/day. I start taking this medicine three day before for the first time. My query is how many days it start reducing my symptoms as my weight gained almost 20 kgs in 3 years also I'm feeling cold for the last 4-6 months.
